This Mum Moves Ambassador Steph Scott, is one of 24 Lincolnshire Ambassadors who trained with the Active Pregnancy Foundation and the Institute for Health Visiting in March 2023 to become an ambassador and to advocate the benefits of being active during pregnancy and beyond. In this case study we speak to Steph about a new buggy walk she has set up as part of the Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walks.
