We spoke to Community Midwife Amanda Mumby-Croft from the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust who has been tasked with leading on the midwives takeover of Lincoln parkrun on Saturday 4 May.

Sport England's latest Active Lives Adult Survey report, show that between November 2022 and November 2023, 63.4% of the adult population met the Chief Medical Officers’ guidelines of doing 150 minutes, or more, of moderate intensity physical activity a week.

Swimming pools in Lincolnshire have been awarded £2.5m funding to improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs. The grants will help to fund projects such as installing solar panels, pool covers, LED lighting and improving insulation.
