We've launched a dedicated jobs board to support those working in sport and physical activity across the county – helping individuals discover new career opportunities and enabling local organisations to connect with talented candidates.

Hosted on the Active Skills Hub, our digital platform offering tailored support for those working or volunteering in the sector, the new jobs board is a key part of our commitment to strengthen the local physical activity sector.

Whether you're an experienced coach, a recent graduate, or a volunteer ready for your next step, the platform provides a central space to explore roles, access resources, and progress your career. Free and easy to use, the jobs board features a wide range of opportunities including apprenticeships, personal trainer roles, and swimming instructor vacancies, with new listings being added regularly.

Designed to simplify the job search process and promote professional development, the site also supports employers by helping them attract the right people to deliver inclusive, high-quality physical activity across communities in Lincolnshire.

From training and development to networking and resources, the site provides an invaluable resource to support the people working in sport and physical activity.
