Week One Work Out Recap

Lincolnshire businesses are getting more active just one week into the 8 Week Challenge.

More than 40 workplaces asked for an information pack and lots of them are getting their staff moving in innovative and creative ways.

Staff at Boston College have brought the gym to work by putting equipment like weights, yoga mats and ab rollers into their staff room. Here at Active Lincolnshire we held a mini table tennis tournament during our lunch break.

A big congratulations to Ambitions Personnel who were week one winners of the Walking Wednesday competition!

If you’d like to get involved with Walking Wednesday all you need to do is to keep a tally of how many staff members go for a walk each day. One person equals one point. Then, every Wednesday tweet @LincsSport with your overall score for the last seven days (Weds to Weds).
