Sported is a UK wide charity supporting young people in Sport. If your club or community group is working with children or young people, speak to them to find out how they can help you with a range of free support, including funding guidance, best practice on matters like safeguarding and governance and professional development.
Local Support
Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS)
LCVS is a charity working in a variety of ways to support the health & wellbeing of communities and individuals. They work with local groups and charities to provide practical, community based solutions to social & economic problems providing a forum for sharing information and knowledge. They cover Boston, East Lindsey, South Holland and South Kesteven, working in many rural, socially vulnerable and economically disadvantaged communities. LCVS offers support directly to groups (whether they are well established or looking to get started) as well as funding support through specialists and their Get Funding Ready Training Workshops.

There are a range of funding opportunities available for clubs and coaches offering sports, and other variations of physical activity.
We deliver funded grants directly across Lincolnshire to a wide variety of projects in need of support, as well as linking clubs with other relevant funding opportunities.

The VCSE Energy Efficiency Scheme helps voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations (VCSEs) across England to deliver more efficient services for people and communities by saving money on their energy bills.
The scheme offers independent energy assessments to offer energy saving advice in your building. The scheme can also offer capital grants to implement findings from your assessment.
