Encourage Lincolnshire residents to enjoy the benefits of being active outdoors this winter.
The #StrideAndRide campaign showcases the different options for walking and cycling in Lincolnshire; encouraging people to make the most of the extensive country walks and coastal routes available in Lincolnshire, as well as promoting lower-intensity sports like walking netball and walking football.
The campaign will also encourage more residents to join community walking groups, including the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks, led by specially-trained volunteer leaders, to help improve physical and mental well-being and reduce isolation.
Although the campaign is aimed at audiences of all ages and fitness levels, it has been created to more specifically engage with those who struggle to engage in any physical activity at all, and those aged over 55.
