What motivates you?
I like winning races. I like pushing my body as hard as I can and improving my personal bests.
What does your training schedule look like?
My training varies depending on the time of the year and my competition timetable. I generally train 5 times per week & this includes time on the track, the road and in the gym. I also do some work on the Watt bike and in the swimming pool.
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?
I have to be honest with myself and my coach. I am learning to listen to my body especially if I am feeling tired and need to rest & recover.
What’s your proudest sporting moment?
So far finishing 6th & setting a new PB in the 2017 English Schools Championship 800m final.
Where is the best place you have been with your sport?
I am lucky enough to travel to the South of France twice each year to complete some warm weather training near to the Pyrenees
What is your favourite food?
Strawberry jam on toast. I also love honey.
I also like seafood, mussels especially are a big favourite of mine.
What is your ultimate goal?
I would like to represent Great Britain at a major track & field championships.

Who is your inspiration?
I like watching old footage of Seb Coe & Steve Ovett running in the 80s. David Rudisha is also a firm favourite of mine.
Do you have any tips for other athletes?
Hard work, pain, dedication and commitment are all required to better your natural talent. There will be disappointments along the way but athletes need to continue in yourself.
