Emma provides strategic leadership for Active Lincolnshire, builds and develop partnerships, supports the board in all matters relating to the partnership’s activities and has special responsibility for finance, human and physical resources, business planning and leadership. Delivering to Active Lincolnshire’s mission through encouraging communities of Lincolnshire to embed physical activity in their daily lives, providing advocacy and lobbying for the sport and physical activity sector and working with multi-sector partners to ensure grass roots sport and physical activity is supported and connected across local agendas.

Navaz is responsible for effective and high quality operational leadership, supporting Active Lincolnshire to achieve its vision, mission and role within the county, as well as delivering against the business objectives. He leads on the management of contracts, partner engagement and all operational management of the charity. Navaz also ensures successful delivery of all programmes, along with the development of new concepts and opportunities.

Alison ensures effective operation of financial controls, provides leadership and advice in all financial matters. She has responsibility for all aspects of financial management and business support in areas that include Governance, Health and Safety and data management.

Lynsey Norris

Lynsey leads on ensuring the team delivers against funded programmes. She oversees funded projects and ensures the work of Sport England is delivered at a local level. Lynsey has a key role around managing partnerships and is the lead liaison for South Holland and City of Lincoln, offering support and guidance in all aspects
Llara Munn

Llara develops and implements the Active Lincolnshire marketing, public relations, press, media and communications strategy.

Donna Sutton

Donna leads on Local Workforce Development offering support to clubs, coaches, volunteers and professionals of Lincolnshire as well as being the Health & Safety Lead. Her role includes work with Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust promoting the benefits of physical activity on mental health and supporting the workforce in embedding physical activity into their everyday practice. Donna is the lead liaison for North Kesteven; offering support and guidance in all aspects of sport and physical activity in the community.
Charlotte Pedley
Marketing and Communications Officer (Club & Activity Finder)

Charlotte has a lead role in developing and launching an an open data sourced activity finder for Lincolnshire, and will be working on partner engagement with the platform in order to raise awareness of it and encourage wide spread use across the county.
Ian Brown

Ian coordinates support for schools to complete the Active Lives Survey. He leads on Equality & Diversity ensuring we meet the required standards set by Sport England and offers support to the sport and physical activity network. Ian also supports the team on District engagement and is the lead liaison for East Lindsey and Boston. He manages the Wheelchair Sports Programme engaging schools, events and engaging companies in workplace fitness and team building, as well as working with partners to support athletes of the future, through the Lincolnshire Elite Athlete Programme (LEAP).
Jessica Lovett

Jessica leads on the engagement with the school’s network and partners to coordinate the delivery of the Lincolnshire School Games programme and to support Primary Schools with their Sports Premium Funding spend. Jessica also supports the One Network and is the lead liaison for South Kesteven; offering support and guidance in all aspects of sport and physical activity in the community.
