Work Out membership

This year we are offering workplaces the chance to sign up to a Work Out membership.

Membership costs £100 per workplace and gives members maximum team entry to any three events throughout the year.

The 8 Week Challenge

The Work Out 8 Week Challenge encourages businesses and organisations to increase their activity levels for eight weeks at the start of the year.

This year the challenge runs from Monday 9th January till Friday 3rd March.

Time is precious, so the 8 Week Challenge aims to incorporate activity into time already dedicated to the working day. The idea is to be as creative as possible with the resources you already have. For example, biking to and from work, playing a simple paper tossing game with your recycling on your break, or even gathering a group together to go walking at lunch time.

People using the sumo suits, zorb balls, giant jenga and stacking cups.If you need some inspiration, we provide a Get Started pack which includes handy tips and tricks to add activity into and around the working day but we’d love to hear your innovative ideas too.
