To be the better version of myself, have a healthy lifestyle but mostly, I just love the feeling of winning
What does your training schedule look like?
We train 6 days a week, sometimes 2 sessions a day. They vary from long technical paddles to sprints on the rowing machine
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?
Look after yourself, make sure that I am eating and drinking enough and getting enough sleep to help improve my performance
What’s your proudest sporting moment?
Winning silver at British Rowing Indoor Championships in U23 category was I was 16 years old
Where is the best place you have been with your sport?
We once competed at Ghent International Spring Regatta. The lake wasn’t in the prettiest of places but it was such a good experience
What is your favourite food?
Definitely chocolate brownies and strawberries
What is your ultimate goal?
My ultimate goal would be to represent GB on the lightweight team

Snapchat or Instagram – I love seeing what my friends are up to
Who is your inspiration?
Jessica Ennis-Hill. She’s not a rower but coming back after having a child shows that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it

Believe in yourself – it’s amazing what you can do if you do
