A. I focus on my race plan. I think about my start and getting into the pool as quickly as I can.

A. No I don’t. I like to chat with my competitors. I know a lot of my competitors as we have been racing each other for many years.
Q. What do you think most about during a race?
A. During my race I am thinking about my stroke count, then my turn and push off, then focusing on my stroke count and length into the finish. I know how many strokes it should take me to swim 100m.
