What motivates you?

My motivation is probably my passion for my sports and knowing where I want to be and working hard to achieve this

What does your training schedule look like?

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I do netball, Thursday Cricket, Friday Strength and conditioning, Saturday matches, most weekends Rounders.  I also go for runs regularly and do spinning and fitness at home

What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?

Always do something! No matter how small! Fitness deteriorates very quickly and there’s always a source – if you’re walking your dog or going to the hotel gym on holiday

What’s your proudest sporting moment?

I was very proud when I was made captain of the U14 Elite England Rounders Team

Where is the best place you have been with your sport?

I recently went to Amsterdam for a netball and hockey tournament. It was a great experience – with coaching from professionals, high level of sport, and great sites

What is your favourite food?

My favourite food is probably a good Sunday roast as it’s a time when the whole family can sit down together. Although I love all food

What is your ultimate goal?

My ultimate goal is to be the best I can be, I set short term goals and each time I achieve them – I make them harder

Which app do you use the most?

I use snapchat a lot – I think it is great to broadcast my achievements on my sport and talk to my friends when I am busy

Who is your inspiration?

I am probably more self-motivated, I like to prove people wrong and prove to myself that I can achieve my goals

Do you have any tips for other athletes?

My tips would be to continue to work hard and use your passion of your sport to fuel yourself and never give up. if people say you won’t be successful – prove them wrong
