Knowing that if I practice I can succeed

What does your training schedule look like?

I shoot Monday-Wednesday-Thursday and weekends if no competitions. And do skills and drills at least 5 times per week

What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?

Warm up. No matter what you do always warm up first

What’s your proudest sporting moment?

Winning the Junior National Outdoor Championships and becoming National Champion

Where is the best place you have been with your sport?

I haven’t been too far as yet, but love you shoot at competitions at Lilleshall where Archery GB are based

What is your favourite food?

I don’t really have a favourite I love most foods and enjoy an occasional treat

What is your ultimate goal?

Is to shoot for GB in the Olympics

I Archer – to keep track of my scores

Who is your inspiration?

My archery friends, they work hard, focus, keep each other motivated and support me

Try to master the mental side of your sport.
You need to keep your head together
