What does your training schedule look like?
I do 7 training sessions per week at the minute, but my training schedule will change this season. I do 11 ½ hours in the pool, and 1 ½ hours land work
What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?
It would have to be that put the effort in during the training and you will see the results. To ensure you can do the best training, eat well and within ½ an hour of finishing training to recover
What’s your proudest sporting moment?
It would have to be wining at British Championships this year in 13-14 age group.
Where is the best place you have been with your sport?
I have only been aboard once with swimming and that was this year to Pazna, Poland. They had amazing facilities and I was a great experience.
What is your favourite food?
I can’t name my favourite food but my to favourite meals are
• Lasagne with carrots and peas
• Chicken and mozzarella casserole with broccoli
What is your ultimate goal?
My ultimate goal would obviously be Olympics but at the moment I am just focusing on what I can do at my age and the next few years to come – European Juniors
Which app do you use the most?
Although I swim a lot I am still a teen – it would have to be snapchat to talk to my friends
Who is your inspiration?
I don’t have a specific person but growing up in swimming it was my grandad or my big sister Molly, but its more the qualities inside people so I actually have many ‘inspirations’
Do you have any tips for other athletes?
Keep doing what you love and working hard for what you want to achieve.
