What does your training schedule look like?

On a normal week I have lectures every day and train around them.
Monday: 8-10.30. Tuesday: 5-8, Wednesday. Matches. Thursday:11-1 and 7.30-9. Friday 8-10

What is your golden rule when it comes to fitness?

Compete against yourself. Fitness is very measurable so you can see when you’ve improved.

What’s your proudest sporting moment?

Being selected to represent Team Great Britain in the World University Games or being selected to represent England at the European youth championships.

Where is the best place you have been with your sport?

I have been to Beijing and Shanghai

What is your favourite food?

 This is hard, I don’t really know

What is your ultimate goal?

To represent England on a senior level
