Trudy joined Motorised Air Products, an Essex based HVAC consultants, in 1996 as office administrator, and became increasingly involved in the financial aspects of the business. She began formal accountancy training in 2001 to support that commitment. Achieving Full AAT membership in 2005 continuing with training in targeted areas to further extend her professional capability.
During this period MAP experienced growth to become a major UK HVAC market supplier, with an annual turnover in excess of £2 million with clients such as London Underground, BAA, Rolls Royce and BP.
Trudy relocated to North Lincolnshire in 2011 where she joined the finance team at Lincolnshire University of Agriculture as Finance Faculty Clerk. This was a short term contract running till the end of the year.
In January 2012 Trudy joined Active Lincolnshire as Finance Officer before later changing roles to Business Support Manager.
With three dogs and a love of the great outdoors, walking takes up a big part of her spare time and what better place than Lincolnshire?
